Help with Windows XP

    I've just bought a new PC with windoows XP. I have DVD 2 One plus all rippers such as DVD decrypter and smartripper. I can rip the files but when I have burnt on the DVD then they still won't play.( Have bot Nero and Roxio ) I never had this problem with windows ME. Is there antything different I have to do now I am using XP system.

    Thanks in anticipation as it's driving me nuts at the moment!!!!!!!!

    maybe you're burning your dvd movie as "data dvd" you shoud use the last version of nero and burn your movie as video dvd, i hope to be useful

    hi all

    baically rip and shrink with dvd shrink v2.3 or v3.0beta5 then use nero! now on nero v5 use UDF/ISO partiton v1.02 no multissesion and burn! in VIDEO_TS folder but! if nero v6 use DVD-VIDEO tab to burn!

    Thanks for the response, directing the ripped files to a folder \VIDEO_TS has done the trick.
