how i install D-link DWL-122 wlan-thing to Linux SuSE 9.2 ?? from where i can get drivers??? i am so fed up with linux because i cant get my net working. it sucks!!!!!!
@ borhan9 - loads people use linux - theres no need to change his O/S @ilex you not get a driver disk with it? If not not have a look on manufactuers site.
Linux drivers do not seem to be available from DLink http://www.dlink.com.sg/products/support.asp?pid=175#drivers Of course, they are not offering Windows drivers either - support must therefore be built-in to the WinXP OS. If I was using Linux, I would have checked this out before purchasing a DWL-122. 802.11b is bloody slow anyway... You must try to avoid these very newest, just-released products for use with Linux OS, unless drivers have been developed and are offered. There is a link 'for further technical support' on the DLink web - ask them about it :^) They seem very pround of their Mac compatibility, but there is no mention of Linux... Regards
