my friend screwed with my computer and know when ever i hit ctrl alt del the task manager doesn't pop up another screen does. help please thanks
Well what does the other screen say if it says something like you don't have administrative rights to enable to task manager then log on under safe modes go to controol panel, user accounts, and change your adminbistrative rights, to full administrative rights, also there is a command that will pull up the task manager. go start run and type in "taskmgr" and the task manager might also pull up that way
