HELP!!!!!

    well i have a problem when i start my azerous it goes like normal it when i wanna download stuff.... it saids my Nat/firewall test is OK!
    so then i turned off all my firewalls and nothing still downloads what do i do??? does anything work?

    i don't know if i'm going to be much help, i'm new to all this...

    but.
    what firewall program are you running?
    i've found with mine (Mcaffe) that if it isn't configured correctly, (even if i turn it off) it still blocks my connection.

    i knew that i already tried to turn my firewalls off but when they r off nothing stills works... it has to do something with my router..... i already did the port forwarding....what do i do???
