    Two big problems

    1. When I try to open Itunes, it says it cannot run because some of its required files are missing, and I have to reinstall itunes. I reinstalled intunes and when i tried to open it, the same message popped up saying some of its required files are missing. What do I do?

    2. I cannot listen to music, watch videos or turn off my ipod. On the top of the screen it says SDRAM Full Test. I did everything it asked, and now it has been saying please wait... for 2o minutes and under it it says reset to continue. I tried resetting it but it wont work. Is my Ipod frozen or broken or what?

Hello ArC21892, welcome to our forums!

    1. Have you checked to make sure that you have quicktime installed on your PC? If it isn't, a download can be found here: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html

    2. Try restoring your iPod. There is a link to a tut on how to do this on the bottom of my sig if you don't know how.

No they are nothing new, jazo.

The iPodwizard method is the most commonly used in downgrading iPod firmware.
