everytime i put my ipod in my usb port it says auto play and itunes does nto pop up and it seems to be trying to load something but dosent so i cannot listen to music or cannot even work my ipod pzz help!!
I tried that when ever i stick it in the orange light flashesof and on and the itunes cannot pic it up and when i take it out i cant play music i tried to restore it but restore freezes and dosent work
Itunes does pop up but it doesnot detect it and the ipod keeps flashing orange meaning do not disconnect then a windows box pops up saying auto play and loads but doesnt load anything its weird.
Have you checked to make sure that Ituneshelper.exe and iposervice.exe are running? Hit ctrl,alt,del and go to processes and see if you see them.
