    OK so i read the msg where it says to download shrink and the decrypter but the decrypter is no longer available and that is what i really need.. what else is there that would do the same thing?

    There are two "decrypter" programs to use:

    (1) DVD Decrypter, which is a free program, but is not updated anymore. Should be able to find it under the software section of this website.

    (2) DVDFab Decrypter, which is also free, and is updated regularly. Find it here: http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm

    Just to add to FFsp42's post...DVDFab Hd Decrypter does not burn, so you might want to pick up ImgBurn as well.

    You can get it here: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/cdr_software/cdr_tools/imgburn.cfm

    Then the process is easy. Rip the movie to HDD using DVDFab, compress with Shrink, and burn with ImgBurn.
