A mate of mine had his NTL cut off recently. He lives in an apartment block. NTL came out and disconnected his TV but also put some sort of cylindrical things over where the cable comes in that stops you from hooking it up again. Is there any way around this? Any ways of getting them off as they have cut off him off by mistake and they arent coming back out for the forseeable future and giving him the run around.
