hey guys im new to this and need help?

    i have an xeicuter on my xbox it is one with 3 switches on the front they are all green (lights behind them) anyway my sister was playing a game when she switched one of the switches and my xbox woodnt work so i switched it back and turned it on and it come up with

    flash bios 3.0.3
    HDD:st310014a 3.0910.242gb
    DVD:thomsun-DVD

    enable network flashing
    load bios from HDD (c;/Bios)
    load bios from disc
    unlock HDD
    lock HDD

    i realy need help could sum1 please give me step by step instructions to fix it thankyou very much
