Get Firefox or Opera. They have built-in pop-up blockers and aren't hacker parties like Internet Explorer.
right ok, did you know that spyware and malware cause more pop ups than normal to come. If you dont want to get pop ups without changing browsers, then get google toolbar, it has a great pop up blocker. And I suggest you get Spybot SD to clear all the spyware and crap you have in your computer.
