Hey man if u want the simpelset way to softmod with splinter cell u could email me and ill send u the gamesave ( for action replay) and then copy the gamesave to your action replay card and then to your xbox hd after when u load splintercell the file should come up the load campain and then press '' Load Checkpoint'' then the autoinstaller will come up....
