hi, can some one please help, ive a box super and im misssing some of the channels

hi, some of my channels are missing, its been like this for a while now, i do have all the main channels, but missing ch 5 and a few other cable ones,

try a factory reset 0000 to delete and auto scan your provider and emu to on,dont scan through splitters or extensions.

hi, i have done the above, ive lost all my main channels now, im thinking i may of done some thing wrong, please help me

 

all sorted, i read another thread, and realised i should of put the emu to on, and then rescaned......did this got all channels plus a few more.
