hi need help with hdd

i work for sky+ and what i did was stole a seagate hdd for my place
and what i wanted to do is plug it in my pc to use it but my pc detects it but freezes on the main black screen were it detect all the device
ide dvdrom why how do i format it so windows boot up becuase this hdd from sky was formatted to work with sky+ box

 

look at the jumper settings. it needs to be on slave
