I recently bought a dvd writer and want to create DVD+R disc from the *.vro files recorded by my dvdcam. What software should i use - movie factory SE, MyDVD Plus or any other software? Please help.
Both pieces of software mentioned are fine. Are you looking to do a lot of authoring with the DVD. If so, try using Pinnacle Studio 8 for creating menus and other such functions.
i just want to make some decent dvd disc (maybe with a little bit editing). I have a powerdirector 2.5 but it takes 10 times the length of the original video to process the vro file on my 3-year-old 800Mhz pc. I also tried movie factory 2 but it does not really support vro files. The 3 softwares mentioned do not have trial versions on web but I want to make sure that the software i bought really work, i.e. support vro files. So, do all these 3 softwares support vro?
