I'm a bit confused as to why on my finished DVD-R I'm getting a bit of shakiness in the video. Maybe just once ever 5 minutes and maybe only for 5 seconds or so but it's there...my original .avi file looks fine in preview. I'm using DVDit to author the DVD-R and the preview there looks fine. But my finished product still as this random shakiness in the video (finished product is 4.27 GB). I was first told that it may just be a dropped frames issue, but if that's the case, wouldn't I be able to see that in a preview? Any help/suggestions?

You may not see every aspect of the video in preview. When you convert, the fps drops as do the bps. It doesnt normally result in a shaky video, but the quality will be noticeably lesser than an original.
