How add channels manually to starview 3 (eurosport 2)

    Hi,
    Does anybody know if it is possible to add Eurosport 2 to the channel lineup? Im using a starview 3 box in Ireland. ive done a google, and the frequency for eurosport 2 seems to be 363.000.
    Can anybody explain if it is possible to add this channel?

    ES 2 is not available with SV in Ireland yet
