how can i add music to a vcd home video to do a music video

hi...what i d like to do is put a lot of segments of diferents home videos in one big segment then i want to put music on it kind of a music video i made one with nero vision express but the voices of the people in the home videos still hear it i just want to hear the music and see the home videos.someone know how.or know a special software foe this

 

Well with any Good Editing program you can Load the VCD file into the Editor and then Delete the VCD audio and then Copy in your Music File as the audio track for the Video and then Export it to whatever format you want.....

Most video editing program are Prettyy expensive but there are a few Cheaper ones you Might want to check out Like Maybe "Video edit Magic" or "MagiX Movie Edit Pro" both of which should be able to do what you want to do....
