How can i tell if my dvd burner is DL?

    How can i tell if my dvd burner is double layer...other then it saids DL in the buner itself.. :( please help

    If you have Nero, run Nero Infotool. DVDIdentifier will also tell you your drive's capabilities. Finally, if you know the make and model, punch it in to the "DVD Writer" database on the left side of the website.
