How come i use TMPGEnc Plus to encode a 50+gb take 32hr+ to encode into (m2v, wav)? Is there any more fast encoding but the quality is as gd as TMPGEnc Plus result?

    What was thet file????

Cinema Craft Encoder (CCE). It needs about 1/3 of TMPGenc's time.
But it costs 2500 US$! (it is slightly less versatile, and it is much more diffiult to learn. You'll need also to learn how to write AviSynth .AVS scripts).

Or abandon "VBR encoding" and limit yourself to encode your movies nto VCD CBR MPEGs (slightly losing the input movie's quality).
TMGPenc can encode in a couple of hours a 2h movie into VCD MPEG-1...
