How do i back up my pc files on a disk?

    How do i back up my pc files on a disk? Please Help?

    if you have nero just select "Create a data file"

    If your using XP's buning engine then highlight your files then right click and select "Send to" and select your CD/DVD burner, then a ballon will pop up and say "Your files are ready to be writen"
