I am making a backup of one of my movie and made an ISO so that I can burn it later. The file is over 8Gb and nothing that I have can burn this file because it's too big to fit on a 4.7Gb DVD. I have CloneDVD2 and have resorted to DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink, and ImgBurn, which none can burn this 8gb ISO file.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

Both CloneDVD and DVD Shrink should be able to compress your movie to fit on a single layer DVD5 disk. Just what movie are you trying to backup and what process did you use.

    Hi Arniebear,

    Thanks for the prompt response.
I believe I made the ISO with CloneDVD, the movie is "The New World".
I just went back into CloneDVD and tried burning it via the ISO option. It errors with something 'file to large to fit disc', I get similar errors with both DVD Decrypter/Shrink.

This movie should compress just fine, I did this one with no problem. Try ripping with DVD Fab Decrypter and then processing with Shrink. If you only have the file then run the iso file through Shrink, via open disk image which is under the file tab in Shrink. Set your target size in your preferences to 4334.
