I have a movie that is in MPEGAV format that I'm not sure how to burn. I use NERO but it won't load as an svcd or a vcd.

This is the second file that I've come across this problem on, although the other did not come through ISObuster into an mpegav folder, just an mpeg.

Any help? Suggestions? MPEGAV = AVI? Convert with TMPEGenc?

MPEGAV is a folder on a vcd disc. The actual movie is in this folder and is called avseq01.dat usually!

Right, have the mpegav folder, which is really the only reason I called it an mpegav in my post. Have the avseq01.dat file as well, but I couldn't get it to play on my pc. Well, I tried to load the file into Nero as a vcd and Nero took it and I burned it just fine(and it played on my dvd player), which only poses another question...

I have another movie in avseq01.dat format that I've been saving on my pc in hopes of finding a way to burn. This one won't load into Nero however, but this one I could get to play on my desktop unlike the one I successfully burned in Nero which I couldn't get to play on the pc.

What's the difference between these 2 files that causes these dissimilarities? Encoded different?

With this new one do the following,

Download VCDEasy, click tools and then click mpeg tools, at the bottom you will see cdxa2mpeg, load the dat in the dat file field and some where to save the mpg in the mpg file field and click convert. then try the movie with Nero!_X_X_X_X_X_[small]Come Say Hi on IRC!!!
