I have widescreen backups of a lot of my movies on my computer. When I try to burn them using Roxio Easy CD & DVD Creator, it makes them fullscreen, which in turn stretches the image. Does anyone know how to leave the aspect ratio the same using Roxio, or of another program that will let me do this?

If the original dvd contains both wide sreen and full screen, you need to choose the widescreen only. Some dvd contain both and some do not. I use DVDSHRINK. If the original has both aspect ratios, there will be 2 main titles shown in dvdshrink. Usually I play both to determine which is the widescreen, then backup. Im not sure how roxio works, but if you cant fix the problem, download dvdshrink (which is free), it gives you alot of power to customize.

Roxio isn't the best choice for dvd burns. Try using Nero 6 or Recordnow Max. If the HD files are in wide screen, it should stay that way with these programs.
