ima totall noob and i need help. I just got this brand new xbox and my friend modded it for me. he nvr gave me instuctions he just showed me hot to copy and play games, now i want to know how to connect my Xbox Evox(Evolution X) to my PC. all i have is a D-link DSS-8+ ethernet switch. i dont know if thatll do me any good. SOMONE HELP ME PLZ
first off it has to be connected to your compute obviously then download a program called smart FTP install and open the program then enter the ip adress of your xbox into the box labeled adress in smart FTP then for sername and password i think its default to username xbox and password xbox unless you changed it click the arrrow button or hit enter and then the contents of your xbox hard drive should be visible now you can drag and drop files into your xbox or download files from your xbox to ur comp hope this helped
