    Hi
I have recently bought a concert dvd from ebay, when I play this on my DVD player there is a picture with no sound, when I play it on my
PC there is sound and vision, I have decrypted this disk and looked at the files usining clone dvd2 and this says it is in NTSC, If I convert the files to PAL (if this is possible) will the sound be present and how do I do this ?

    Many thanks and Happy Xmas

NTSC and PAL are for regions! NTSC is for Japan/USA and PAL is for Europe. where do you live?

you can convert this to PAL by using Nero or ConvertXToDVD or you can get a region free player. In your PC it played just fine because it's region free and it will play all the DVDs out there. I would try to use DVDDecrypter and set it for region free.... rip to hard drive then burn! that should do the trick!

If it were possable to convert a game it would be a waste of time since you need swap magic or a mod chip to play it which negates the need to convert in the first place
