I’ve had some luck with DVD complete, but "still" no motion; they don’t look professional enough for me. Sometimes I wish I had a Mac so I could use final cut pro!
Ok I take that back, all I need is some good ol advice from the knowledgeable members of this site. Cheers!

MyDVD allows you to create motion menus rather painlessly.

Wow, that was a fast reply.

MyDVD is very easy to use (not a great deal of options either). You'll have no problems dealing with it. See if Sonic has a trial demo on their site. Mine came with my new DVD burner.

I'd also be interested if anyone has comments on other proggies with motion menu capabilities. Anyone?
