how do i delete media player 10

does anybody know how to delete media player .
have tryed add and remove progames .tryed delete updates just rolls back media player.
tryed add and remove widow componenets deletes it but when i try and install media player9 say there is a new version installed and wont let me do anything anybody any ideas.

tryed it but restore fail. can only restore for a couple of months
look like im knackered

 

If following the MS instructions don't work, maybe you could try contacting them via email. Otherwise, I am out of ideas.
