I just got the ipod video 30 GB yesterday, and i dont understand it, i put some music in it, and even a video, but im not sure how i did it, i dont know how to delete the files in it, and how to organize the folders... Help me please....
To keep your library organized, first you must consolidate your library. You do this by going (in iTunes) [bold]Advanced[/bold] --> [bold]Consolidate Library[/bold]. Then go [bold]Edit[/bold] --> [bold]Preferences[/bold] --> [bold]Advanced[/bold] (Tab) --> [bold]General[/bold](Tab), and make sure both the 'Keep iTunes music folder organized', and 'Copy files to iTunes music folder when adding to library' boxes are both [bold]checked[/bold] To delete songs /videos from your iPod, erase them from your iTunes library (you don't have to delete them entirely, just from iTunes), then update your iPod.
