How do I disable the Nero 9 registration reminder ?

Do you get every time you start v9? I get it occasionally in both v9 and v10 after reinstalling both of them a year or so ago and simply click the button which, if I remember correctly, says to check later. Of course, in trying to help you, I can't reproduce it this morning.

I don't know how to disable it. I though one could rename a particular file which I think is related to it but that file doesn't appear for v9. It does for all subsequent versions. I'm going to do a little more research.

I assume that you know how to get to the Nero ControlCenter. If not, let me know.

If you do, in License, is your serial number shown? By the way, what are the first four characters of your serial number? Don't post the whole thing here.

Also, open Burning Rom and select Cancel. In Help, About.................., what is the version number?

What is your operating system?

Based on the lack of an answer, I assume you don't have a serial number.
