How do i edit the clip length in Real Player?

    I downloaded and saved a radio show in real player and want to burn it but the running time is slightly longer than a CD length. How can i edit the actual clip length, chopping off a bit of the start or beginning from a few minutes in, so as to fit it onto the CD? I'm sure there's a pretty straightforward answer for this but I haven't managed to figure it out! Thanks.
