How do I encode .SRT subs into my VCD?

    My bedroom encoding suite consists of TMPGEnc, VirtualDub, and NeroVision Express. I've got a .SRT file and I want to know how to get the subs to show up in Virtualdub/TMPGEnc. If these apps can't handle it, which do I need? Any help is appreciated.
