how do I find my own IP address?

    darklinkX, i don't think you understand the concept of IP addresses. you don't really have any control over the, unless you're setting up a small network in your home or business, and that's only behind a router. please head to wikipedia and do some reading.

    If I remember correctly, that would be trying to change one of (I think) Newton's law of physics..."no two objects can occupy the exact same space at the exact same time".

    Goes for IP addresses as well.
