how do I get movies from my dish 625 dvr on to my computer?

    I have a dish network dvr model 625 with a usb port on the back. I want to transfer the movies from my dvr to my hard drive. what do I need to do this? I am new to this but not to my computer. any and all help is appreciated.

    I would check the user manual to see if it is even possable. I lot of DVR/PVR's have usb but they are sometimes only for input ie viewing photos stored on a usb stick or for servicing the unit.
