    Hi,

I have got a New Hard Drive that is a USB one, I wanted to have this as my main drive as the hard drive built into my pc is fubar'd. Is there anyway that when I try and load the Windows CD for running the set up program, I get to select the F drive which is the external drive as it just seems to show the c drive?

    Cheers

Heh...I myself, wouldn't bother with the traditional setup of using a bootable USB drive. I'd remove the hard drive from the enclosure and install it into the tower. Set the new drive as master, the original drive as a slave, and install a fresh OS on the new drive.
