how do i install xbmc?

    is it possible to take the hard drive out of my xbox then put it in my comp then add install my to it from there?

    Cant say this enough but . . . . . . NO! you must either make a DVD for your xbox in XISO format or FTP it to a temp folder (see my tutorial if your updating http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/367424 on how to do that) the easy way is to make an XISO to do a clean install
