How do I know what kind of HD enclosure is compatible with this?

    if you haven't already bought that drive, can I recommend not buying it?
    The drive there is the first generation OEM drive with 8MB cache, and is the slowest of the lot.
    This is the improved 32MB cache retail drive, and on top of being faster, it's $20 cheaper.

    ^^ Well I actually found this deal, . I found the one with 32MB cache but it was $295. Just a side not not that I don't trust your judgment, but a few of the reviews say that that HDs are arriving DOA. Is that typical of the device, or just poor package care?
