how do i make a .cue for a .bin i have?

    i had both a .bin and .cue file for a game. then one day my idiotic sister went into the .cue and wrote her name (seeing as it opened notepad when u double-click it) and saved it. now i duno how to make the .cue so it opens the .bin

    from the net ive learned u gota write;

    FILE "RZR-RCT2.BIN" BINARY
    TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
    INDEX SOMETHING SOMETHING

    so how do i know what specifically to write?
