   I got a xbox and i want to back up my games , but i dont have a mod chip or a dvd burner , just a regular cd-r cd-rw burner. what should i do. also how do you make FTP connections to a xbox to use your hardrive and save some games to it ?

   you have to have a mod chip to do ANYTHING with an xbox. even if you flashed the onboard TSOP, you'd still need a modchip to do that. save yourself the headache and get yourself a good modchip for your xbox and you can do a helluva lot more with it than microsoft wants you too.
