How do I read a dvdrip file from bitcomet

I am new to bitcomet and I can't seem to find an explanation on how to read a movie that I downloaded on bitcomet. It is a dvdrip and I would like to know the instructions to open it and to convert it to a wma or anything else.

What extension are the files that you have downloaded?

Hey, that was an easy fix!
Good luck! If you will get diferent video formats from the net, I would suggest downloading a codec pack, to avoid downloading one codec after another.
