How do i remove foreign subtitles from svcd?

    I've just downloaded a movie and it has foreign subtitles, does anyone know how i can remove them?

    I'm afraid you have to cut the whole video with TMPGenc Settings-->Advanced->Clip Frame.
    You'll need the MPEG-2 M2V plugin for TMPGenc(http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_encoders/m2v_plugin_for_tmpgenc.cfm) to make TMPGenc able to read MPEG-2 files.
