how do i remove the annoying voice-over from sky movies on my d box?

Guy's, can anyone help me remove the voice over subtitles which have appereared like a cancer on my sky movies recently, nearly every movie has them, and even sky 1 and some sports channels are starting to have them too!! I wouldn't mind but the voices they use are so nauseating - And I'm from Bristol, so that's saying something!! found a solution for d box 2 which involved pressing the green button and changing to english, but that doesn't seem to work on an original nokia D-Box??

Push green on remote
And select English ,EASY............Paul

 

thanks paul, but as i said, when i push the green button on my remote, all it does is switch from tv to radio, and vice versa. There is no option to select english? I'm not sure if this problem is related to the fact I've got a d-box, as opposed to a d-box 2?

Try below



Press dbox,settings,key setup,Tv/radio mode, select no key
Press home then user menu green,hi lite 0 and press ok untill it says audio selection.
Now home until you can press red to save settings.
Now try the green button.
