How do I rip a big dvd to two dvd-r's?

    How do I rip a DVD that is too big to fit on one DVD-R without compressing it? In other words how do I rip a big DVD and split it onto two DVD-r's with no degradation of quality?

    I rip them using DVD Shrink or Decrypter without compressing, them simply use TMPGEnc DVD Author to create two new discs...
