I am trying to select a certain portion of an MP3 track and rename it as an audio file of its own right. Is there a programme in Windows XP I can do this on, or a freeware downloadable programme? Any help would be appreciated.
    Cheers

I use Nero Wave Editor - i dont know how good the other program is, but in nero you can cut by like 1/1000 of a second to get realy good resaults and all the fade in fade out stuff.
