How do I transfer videos to my iPod without using iTunes?

My iTunes isn't working and I need to transfer video to my iPod. Is there a way I can do it without using iTunes?

this can be difficult as it is then decoded when it is synced onto the ipod if you plugg it in then my computer and then look aropund in the folders as you will se you cant see your files from itunes but mp4 and m4a files named differently
