How do i uninstall my service pack from my windows vista home edition on my notebook. Since i have searched for the reason why my CD / DVD drive is not working! I have found out that the service pack i have installed is the reason for why my notebook is playing up. EG; freezes, CD / DVD drive dissappeared, does not read discs or USB Drive and does not appear in my computer. So that is whay i am asking how to uninstall the service pack to find out if that helps basically. Any help is appreciated.
check in the add/remove programs in control panel. can also do a system restore to before that point.
