Hi. What program do you use to burn a copyrighted xbox game and how do you do it? Is there a guide to explain how to burn xbox games on this website (afterdawn.com)? Thanks Lambsk1
ok, this question pops up a lot, for the life of me I dont know why! 1/ ALL the facts, help, etc are on this forum already, theres also tutorials on xbox-scene.com(and many other sites) 2/ If you cant find the info,then you arent looking . 3/you CANNOT, repeat CANNOT put an xbox game in a PC and make a backup with "software" etc. It must be done either by putting the game onto a modded (most known way to mod is with a modchip) xbox' hard drive, OR by ftp to a pc, then recreated an xbox readable disc with various apps available such as craxtion and qwix. 4/ Remember its illegal to copy a game you do not own. This question keeps popping up, the answers are already there.
theres no start to finish guide but http://www.xboxscene.net is a good place to start you will need a modded xbox and a pc with a nic card and dvd burner(to copy to disc) or a bigger HDD in your xbox(to send games to the HDD)
you can also try www.copying-xbox-games.com just dont take any notice of "dvd wizard pro" etc, that claims you can make a backup just using a pc, its a load of bull!
the easiest way to start is get your xbox modded, or mod it yourself, then get hold of an auto installer, team xaviers is an old, but good one, newer ones are the likes of littlejonnys etc, auto installers load everything in your xbox for you, and help tons if youre putting in a bigger hdd. then follow a network setup guide to setup your pc and xbox so you can ftp the files etc and create your backups personally I recommend you use qwix to create the xbox iso, and stomp recordnow to burn the iso, but others have used nero etc with success.
