how do you Burn Audio_TS & Video_TS using nero?

    I am trying to back-up shrek and since I have FAT 32 I didnt use ISO I used the other option: Hard disk folder. I now have a AUDIO_TS & VIDEO_TS files under the main file Shrek. Do I just burn the 2 files or do I open them up and drag all the files from within?
