I Need help on how to get video caps? I Know there is programs out there but im new to that & I Need some help. When I Mean video caps I mean pictures of a video which are taken at a certain time of the video. So If someone can help me please! I didnt know where this subject goes so if i put it in the wrong place Im sorry!
If you are looking to capture still images of particular scenes which it sounds like you want to do. Power DVD player and Nero Showtime both have this capability, just press the pause button while playing your file and press the Shutter Icon and they will capture and store your still image to a folder you choose.
