To place text or an animated file( .gif ) or a picture( .jpg ) into your sig, go to the top of the page and to the left, you'll see MY ACCOUNT, click on it then choose EDIT PERSONAL INFO. There you will see your signature field, bottom left. Type in what you want to display in that box and save..job done. Now here's a tricky sounding bit, you'll need some one to Host your images. Use this link.....(thanks to theonejrs) http://www.imageshack.us/ You need to sign up for membership (totally free) and they will then send an email to confirm your membership..Keep this email safe, it's the only source of logging in. Follow the easy to understand guide for Uploading your image(s), then you can begin to post. Animated files are used in the same way. The making of .gif files is fairly complicated as I understand it. I'd probably get someone to make one for me, but that's 'cause I'm too lazy to buy software and make my own.. You'll need to edit the code that ImageShack generates for you (for forums) after you copy and paste them into your sig field or postings. Please read the forum rules on the limit of size of files you can post in your sig (around 55kb i think) The begining and end of the code looks like this [IMG all in capital letters, just change them to lowercase and then your set. To test how your new sig and sig pic(s) look, send yourself a Personal Message. Copy and paste, use the preview button to check out your new style, then save when happy. It does sound tricky as I said, but after a couple of postings you'll be fine. Cheers.
