ok going back a few days ago i had to reinstall xp on my laptop, i wanted to keep the files so i just got it to delete windows and put it back on again and thats what it did and it running fine now but cause its a fresh copie of windows i can't access my files now since on the last install of windows i had eveything set to privet so when i try and access the file it just comes up and say access denied now all i want to know is, is there anyway what so every that i can access my files i know there on there but its all blocked any help would be great as some of the stuff is important
